Small business owners looking to modernize their operations can now access expert-led training at no cost. The Ohio State University Professional and Continuing Education (PCE) is hosting “Level Up: AI Tips for Small Business,” a webinar designed to bridge the gap between complex technology and the daily operations of small businesses.

Led by Ohio State faculty member and business owner Jeff Dotson, the 45-minute live session moves beyond theory to practical, actionable demonstrations. The webinar is tailored specifically for entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and supervisors who want to streamline workflows without a dedicated IT budget.

The initiative underscores Ohio State’s commitment to workforce development and community engagement by expanding access to career-relevant knowledge and skills. The university recently launched several online courses to help small business owners leverage AI tools.

The live session will be held via Zoom on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025, at noon.

While the virtual event is free of charge, space is limited, and advance registration is required. To view details or sign up, visit the course page.
