The Ohio State University Professional and Continuing Education has announced the launch of StrategyOps Strategic Agility, a new online course designed to help professionals strengthen strategic decision-making, business analysis and AI-enabled problem-solving skills in complex business environments.
The course will be delivered live online from Feb. 16–19, 2026, with four-hour evening sessions held Monday through Thursday from 6 to 10 p.m. Enrollment is open to professionals at all levels and focuses on building agile, future-ready organizational capabilities.
Participants will learn how to align artificial intelligence and digital tools with strategic goals, sharpen critical thinking for data-driven decision-making, and identify opportunities to optimize workflows and create customer value. The course emphasizes practical methods and tools.
After completing the course, learners can pursue the industry-recognized Certified Strategic Agility Professional (CSAP) credential. The course fee includes the cost of one CSAP certification exam.
